The Haitian Association of Spina Bifida and Related Disabilities (HASBRD) was founded to cover the entire national territory of the Republic of Haiti. The Haitian Association of Spina Bifida and Related Disabilities (HASBRD) is open to all people with spina bifida or Hydrocephalus and their families in the territory of Haiti. We care for children with Hydrocephalus, spina bifida and associated disabilities without discrimination, people with associated disabilities and all their families.
