BACKGROUND
The Asociación de Espina Bífida de Nuevo León was founded on November 25, 1993, thanks to the concern of several families affected by Spina Bifida and along with the support of Dr. García de León, to provide people with Spina Bifida information and rehabilitation within the state of Jalisco.
MISSION
Supporting the Spina Bifida community through guidance, training and comprehensive rehabilitation. At the same time, raise awareness in society, disseminating knowledge to treat persons with such a disability with LOVE AND RESPECT.
VISION
Having a specialized clinic for treatment and improvement of patients with Spina Bifida and give them a better quality of life through Sports, Recreation and Technology Units.
GENERAL PURPOSE
Helping the integration and acceptance of children, youth and families with Spina Bifida in society.
